Jean Warner, Ph.D. of Oklahoma City. Warner promotes projects that empower women and girls in Oklahoma. She holds a Doctorate in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Warner is Chair of the newly established Oklahoma Women’s Coalition.
 
She was co-founder of Oklahoma’s National Education for Women’s Leadership program and is a past League of Women Voters of Oklahoma board member and past president of local chapters of Business and Professional Women (Cimarron Chapter), Women’s Political Caucus (Stillwater Chapter) and League of Women Voters (Stillwater & Oklahoma County chapters).
